National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) ने EMRS Non Teaching Vacancy 2025 का नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है। इस भर्ती में कुल 1620 vacancies हैं। यह भर्ती Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) में विभिन्न non-teaching posts के लिए है। इन पदों में Female Staff Nurse, Hostel Warden, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant और Lab Attendant शामिल हैं। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार 23rd October 2025 से nests.tribal.gov.in पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
EMRS Non Teaching Recruitment 2025 का Overview
EMRS non-teaching staff का काम residential schools में smooth कामकाज सुनिश्चित करना है। ये administrative support देते हैं, hostel और school के कामकाज में मदद करते हैं और छात्रों की अच्छी देखभाल करते हैं। इस भर्ती में age limit, educational qualification, selection process और salary की पूरी जानकारी दी गई है।
उम्मीदवार जिनकी qualification 10th pass से लेकर Graduation तक है, वे इन posts के लिए apply कर सकते हैं। Salary 7th Pay Commission के अनुसार तय की गई है और selected candidates को Level 1 से Level 6 तक salary दी जाएगी। Residential duties के लिए 10% extra allowance भी मिलेगा।

इस भर्ती में apply करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को कुछ eligibility rules follow करने होंगे। Age limit post के अनुसार 18 से 35 साल है। Educational qualification post के अनुसार तय है। उम्मीदवार भारतीय नागरिक होने चाहिए। English और Hindi में basic knowledge होना जरूरी है। कुछ posts के लिए experience भी चाहिए।
EMRS Non Teaching Selection Process 2025
इस भर्ती में selection process तीन main steps में होता है।
पहला step Tier-I exam है, जिसमें candidates की general awareness, reasoning, quantitative aptitude और language skills test की जाती है।
Tier-I qualify करने के बाद Tier-II exam होती है, जिसमें post-specific subject knowledge का test लिया जाता है।
Junior Secretariat Assistant post के लिए Tier-II के बाद skill test भी देना होता है, जो typing पर आधारित है। हर stage clear करना जरूरी है।
EMRS Recruitment 2025 में Apply कैसे करें
Online apply करना आसान है। सबसे पहले NESTS की वेबसाइट पर जाकर Part-A registration करना होगा। इसके बाद हर post के लिए Part-B form भरना होगा, जिसमें personal, academic और contact details डालनी होंगी। Photograph, signature और educational certificates upload करना जरूरी है। SC/ST/Women और PwBD candidates के लिए application fee नहीं है। Form submit करने के बाद confirmation page download करके रख लें।
EMRS Non Teaching Salary
EMRS non-teaching posts में अच्छे salary package हैं। Female Staff Nurse और Hostel Warden को Level 5 salary मिलती है। Accountant को Level 6 pay scale मिलेगा। Junior Secretariat Assistant और Lab Attendant को Level 2 और Level 1 salary दी जाती है। इसके अलावा residential duties के लिए extra allowance भी मिलेगा।
